REFUND, RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping

All orders are delivered across Pakistan through trusted courier partners, as well as our in-house delivery service where available.
Your order will be dispatched to the address provided at checkout and is typically delivered within 5–7 business days.

While we strive to meet these timelines with precision, delivery schedules remain indicative and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Our team will respond within 48 hours, ensuring every concern is handled with care and attention.

In the rare case of receiving a defective or incorrect product, we request you to share clear supporting evidence, including receipts, images, or videos, to help us resolve the matter promptly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
Beyond this window, cancellations will not be accommodated, as your order would have already entered processing.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

At UGlow, we uphold strict quality and hygiene standards. Therefore, we maintain a no return, no exchange, and no refund policy, except under exceptional circumstances.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product delivered is incorrect, or
  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival

In such cases:

  • Requests must be initiated within 24 hours of order placement
  • Items must be returned in a resalable condition, unused and properly packaged
  • Returns should be shipped to:

Refund: 

Once received and approved, we will process your request within 2 business days.

Store credit option :

Refunds may be issued via the original payment method or alternatively as UGlow store credit, allowing you to select another product of equal value.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and any return shipping cost may be deducted from the final refund amount.
